You can also access your downloads by going to: My Account > Purchases > Click on the download button next to the purchased item.
Your download link is for a ZIP file, please unzip the folder and extract the files.
If you can’t download your files please let me know, I will send files to your account email address. Since the digital design can be duplicated, so refund is unacceptable.
